Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the student and YACHTPATH Academy, trading under the company Reflect Marine LTD registered in England and Wales.
- Payment terms
- All course fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing
- Course fees are subject to UK VAT where applicable
- Fees may be paid by bank transfer or credit/debit card
- YACHTPATH Academy reserves the right to withhold access to course materials until payment is received
- Cancellations
- You may cancel your enrolment within 14 calendar days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”) for a full refund provided course materials have not been accessed.
- You may cancel your enrolment before the start date of the course for a refund of the course fees minus a £450 admin fee
- Cancelling a CPD course is exempt from any cancellation admin fees
- YACHTPATH Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In such cases, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered
- Data Protection and Privacy
- YACHTPATH Academy complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018
- Personal data is collected for the purpose of managing your enrolment, academic progress, certification, and communication
- We will not share your data with third parties except where required by law or with accreditation bodies

- Course Materials and Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including digital content, are the intellectual property of YACHTPATH Academy and/or its licensors
- Materials are provided solely for your personal education use and may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed in any form without prior written consent.
- Access to digital content is granted for the duration of the course or as otherwise specified.
- Accreditation and Certification
- Courses offered may be accredited by external bodies as specified in the course details.
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required assessments and payment of any outstanding fees.
- Limitation of Liability
- YACHTPATH Academy and parent company Reflect Marine LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from course participation, nor for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our control.
- Liability for any direct loss is limited to the total course fee paid.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
